鋁卷加工工藝要注意體現(xiàn)哪些效果?

硅對硬質(zhì)合金有腐蝕效果。雖然一般將超越12%Si的鋁合金稱為高硅鋁合金,彩涂鋁卷引薦運(yùn)用金剛石刀具,但這不是肯定的,硅含量逐步增多對刀具的損壞力也逐步加大。因此有些廠商在硅含量超越8%時(shí)就引薦運(yùn)用金剛石刀具。

刀具的容屑空間要大,一般建議用2齒,前角、后角要大(如12°-14°,包含端齒后角)。
